Inextremis Aventura
defines its special conditions of sale (SSC) according to the specificities of its stays. Any purchase of a stay implies their acceptance. In the event of a contradiction between the SSC appearing in the brochure and those on the website www.inextremis-aventura.com, the latter will prevail.
1 – REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1.1. Registration
You can register or purchase our stays with our advisor by telephone or via our website www.inextremis-aventura.com.
To be considered final, subject to confirmation by Inextremis Aventura taking into account the abilities, in particular physical, required to carry out these stays, a registration is subject to the signature or acceptance of the registration form (stay contract) and to the collection by Inextremis Aventura.
A 30% deposit will be paid to Inextremis Aventura, the balance will be paid 30 days before departure.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before departure, Inextremis Aventura will request full payment of the service (including registration fees and insurance premium).
In accordance with art. L 121-20-4 of the Tourism Code, you do not benefit from a withdrawal period when ordering holiday services via our site. In the event of difficulty, Inextremis Aventura is at your disposal.
1.2. Payment
For any payment for your stay, an invoice will be sent to you no later than 15 days following any collection. The balance of the price of the stay must be paid, without reminder from us, no later than 30 days before departure. In the event of payment by check to our advisors, the balance of the price of the stay, which may include additional services requested by the customer and, where applicable, the small group supplement, will be automatically debited 30 days before the departure date.
Any delay in the payment of a deposit or the balance may be considered as a cancellation for which the cancellation fees provided for in our special conditions of sale will be applied. For any registration less than 30 days before the departure date and for all stays of less than 5 days (whatever your registration date), payment must be made in one go and for the full price of the stay. For any reservation less than 5 days before departure, additional agency fees known as “last minute”, in the amount of €50, will be charged.
Registration will only be considered final after Inextremis Aventura has received this payment and received the signed registration form.
The premium for the holiday insurance offered by Inextremis Aventura is payable at the time of registration.

2 – STAY INFORMATION – Administrative and health formalities:
Before registering to undertake your stay, you must check that each of the participants is in possession of a passport or other document, valid and compliant with the requirements required to transit and/or enter the country(ies) of the stay. It is up to the participant of French nationality to check that he/she is in possession of the documents, in particular administrative and health documents, required for the completion of the stay. People of other nationalities must inform themselves and obtain information, before registering and carrying out their stay, on the administrative formalities (visas, etc.) and health formalities (vaccines, etc.) required, in particular from the competent embassies and consulates. A participant, a French national, who cannot board a flight due to failure to present the police, customs and/or health documents, cannot claim any reimbursement of the price of his/her stay. Inextremis Aventura cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the consequences of the participant’s failure to comply with police, customs or health regulations prior to or during the stay (e.g. loss of identity papers and/or plane tickets, etc.).
Before leaving for a country in the European Economic Area, we advise you to obtain the European Health Insurance Card issued by the Primary Health Insurance Fund to which you are affiliated in order to benefit from direct coverage of your medical expenses in the event of illness or accident.
3 – CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE DEPARTURE
Any request for modification made by the customer for any of the services of the stay, after registration and before the issue of nominative titles (open tickets or others) will be invoiced, to the extent that Inextremis Aventura would be able to satisfy this request and that it is made more than 30 days before the departure date for its stays, a sum of €50 per person will be invoiced.
4 – CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND FEES
4.1. If you find yourself obliged to cancel your stay, you must inform Inextremis Aventura as soon as possible by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (LRAR), as soon as the event giving rise to this cancellation occurs: the date of sending of the LRAR will be retained as the cancellation date for the invoicing of the cancellation fees listed below, these being invoiced per participant. Insurance premiums, visa and registration fees as well as issue fees and commissions on transport tickets are not reimbursable by Inextremis Aventura. We draw your attention to the fact that the insurance company will assess, based on the documents that you provide directly, the date of the event giving rise to your decision to cancel your stay in order to agree to reimburse you for the cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation by one or more participants registered for the same stay and the others continuing to do so, the cancellation fees (articles 4.2 and 4.3) will be calculated, for the participant(s) who cancel, on the amount of the services that are nominative and not used on the date of cancellation, excluding the total price of the stay divided by the number of participants. Inextremis Aventura will only reimburse the fraction of the price of the services not used, subject to articles 4.2 and 4.3. It is up to the participants who will take the stay to reimburse the person(s) who cancel(s) the share of the non-individualizable stay (car rental, accommodation, etc.).
4.2. CANCELLATION FEES SCALE
Cancellation fees for all Inextremis Aventura stays or activities, the cancellation fees below will be charged and, where applicable, those in article 4.3 below:
• More than 29 days before the departure date: a flat rate of €50 per person for administration fees. This amount will not be refunded by the cancellation guarantee of the insurance that we offer you.
• From 29 to 21 days before the departure date: 25% of the total price of the stay or activity;
• From 20 to 8 days before the departure date: 50% of the total price of the stay or activity;
• From 7 to 2 days before the departure date: 75% of the total price of the stay or activity;
• Less than 2 days before the departure date: 100% of the total price of the stay or activity.
4.3. Other terms and conditions
4.3.1. In addition to the costs provided for in Article 4.2 above, in the event of cancellation of a stay with hotel accommodation up to thirty days before the departure date, Inextremis Aventura will charge 30% of the total price of the stay as cancellation fees per person.
4.3.2. In addition to the costs provided for in Article 4.2. Above, 100% cancellation fees upon registration in hotels for stays other than “accompanied tours”.
4.3.3. In the event of cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, costs outside the stay subscribed to with Inextremis Aventura and incurred by the customer such as transport costs to the place of departure of the stay and return home, costs of obtaining visas, stay documents, vaccination costs will not be subject to any reimbursement.
5 – INSURANCE
The elements described below are extracts from our stay insurance formula that we offer you to subscribe to. We invite you to check that you do not benefit from these guarantees elsewhere.
The general and specific conditions of this insurance are available on request. We invite you to read them carefully. It is your responsibility before or during your stay to personally contact the insurance company that guarantees you for your stay to trigger the insurance.
In the insurance offered, insurance premiums, visa, registration and issuance fees and commissions on transport tickets are not reimbursable either by Inextremis Aventura or by the insurer.
5.1. Assistance Guarantee Cancellation Insurance Baggage Interruption of stay
This guarantee is not included in the price of our stays. It is not mandatory but we strongly recommend it.
It must be taken out at the same time as the stay. This insurance is billed at a flat rate in relation to the total price of the stay.
In order to leave with complete peace of mind, we offer you this holiday insurance which includes extensive guarantees (medical repatriation, reimbursement of medical expenses abroad, search or rescue costs, reimbursement of unused holiday services in the event of interruption of the stay, baggage insurance).
This guarantee takes effect on the day of departure (place of summons of the organizer on the outward journey) and expires on the day of return from the stay (place of dispersal of the group).
5.2. Claims reporting procedure for the holiday insurance we offer you

6 – TRANSPORT
If you organize your own transport (pre- and post-transport) to the departure city of the stay and for your return home, we recommend that you purchase modifiable and refundable transport tickets and allow sufficient transfer times between airports. Inextremis Aventura does not reimburse costs related to services outside the stay.
7 – PRICES
7.1. Accompanied tours
The applicable prices are those in the brochure in force on the date of your registration or those available on the website for your tour. The price per tour and per participant is set on the basis of a minimum number of participants mentioned in the tour offer. For a smaller number of participants, the technical conditions for carrying out the stay are different and may lead us, in order to guarantee the departure or due to special circumstances (expeditions, exceptional stays) specified in our offer, to charge you a supplementary price called “small group”, it being specified that Inextremis Aventura would reimburse you if additional registrations were to complete the number of people on the tour.
7.2. All other stays
The price of the stay will be that mentioned on your personal quote issued by Inextremis Aventura, with a validity date.
7.3. All Inextremis Aventura stays (all brands combined)
Upon registration, the price of the stay is firm, definitive and payable in euros.
8 – SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR STAYS
8.1. You arrive directly at the location of the stay or activity:
The day, place and time of the meeting will be communicated to you when you make your Reservation. You are required to arrive on time for the meeting, you alone are responsible for your arrival at the start of the stay.
Inextremis Aventura cannot require the rest of the group, the instructor, the hotelier, the transporter or any other person involved in the stay to wait for you. A delay on your part may result in the cancellation of your stay or the impossibility of maintaining the initially planned program.
If Inextremis Aventura modifies the program (under conditions and depending on availability) and allows you to continue your stay (transport to a drop-off point with the rest of the group, to another hotel, to another stage, etc.), the additional costs incurred will be billed to you by Inextremis Aventura.
8.2. You arrive at the train station or airport of the city proposed by Inextremis Aventura:
You are required to ask Inextremis Aventura the day and time you must arrive and if its employees can come and receive you.
After agreement from Inextremis Aventura, you can purchase your transport ticket. Inextremis Aventura will inform you when booking the stay of the arrangements for the meeting (precise place, details, etc.)
8.3. Only the services mentioned on the technical sheet available for your registration with Inextremis Aventura or on the website www.inextremis-aventura.com are considered contractual.
All our stays (unless otherwise stated) are planned with accommodation in a double room (two people). When possible, a single room can be requested from Inextremis Aventura, against invoicing of a supplement.
8.4. If you wish to leave before the departure date of the planned stay or return later, this is possible. Inextremis Aventura can offer you these tailor-made arrangements. This service will be billed at €54 / pers.
9 – GROUP SIZE – MINORS
9.1. Depending on the stay, the physical and sporting activity(ies) offered during the stay and the period, the maximum number of people in the group may vary. We may exceptionally be forced to cancel a departure if the minimum number of participants is not reached. This decision will be communicated to you at the latest 15 days before the departure date initially planned.
9.2. Inextremis Aventura accepts to register participants who are at least 18 years old. Registration requests concerning minors not accompanied by their parents or guardians will be refused by Inextremis Aventura.
For minors traveling with one of the parents, guardians or other adults, you should ensure that you are in possession of the necessary documents for the minor accompanying you (family record book and national identity card or passport and, where applicable, authorization to leave the territory).
10 – LIABILITY
In accordance with Article L. 211-17 of the Tourism Code, Inextremis Aventura cannot be held responsible for the consequences of events outside its control, including:
• Loss or theft of air tickets by the participant, as airlines do not issue duplicates.
• Failure to present or presentation of expired or insufficiently valid identity and/or health documents (national identity card, passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.) or documents that do not comply with the information on the holiday offer and the registration form, for French nationals, and/or at the customs or registration police station. In the event of your failure to show up for the appointment on the 1st day, 100% of the total amount of the holiday will be retained.
In the event of a delay on your part that would make it impossible to complete your stay according to the initially planned program, no compensation will be refunded to you, even if the service has not been consumed.
• Unforeseeable and insurmountable incidents or events of a third party such as: wars, political unrest, strikes outside Inextremis Aventura, riots, technical or administrative incidents outside Inextremis Aventura, airspace congestion, bankruptcy of a service provider, bad weather, delays (including delays in mail delivery services for sending plane tickets, passports, etc.), breakdowns, loss or theft of luggage or other personal effects of participants.
Any delay(s) incurred due to the cases referred to above, as well as any changes to the itinerary/program that may result from them, will not result in any compensation whatsoever from Inextremis Aventura, in particular due to the modification of the duration of the initially planned stay or a delay at an air stopover. Any additional costs related to a disruption (taxes, hotel, parking, repurchase of transport tickets, etc.) will remain the responsibility of the participant.
• Cancellation imposed by circumstances presenting the characteristics of force majeure and/or for reasons related to maintaining the safety of participants and/or injunction of an administrative authority. Inextremis Aventura reserves the right to modify the dates, times or planned itineraries if it considers that the safety of the participant cannot be ensured, without the latter being able to claim any compensation.
11 – COMPLAINTS
Except in cases of force majeure and without prejudice to any possible legal action, any complaint must be sent to Inextremis Aventura, 1291 avenue du Vallespir – 66400 Céret, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as soon as possible following the date of return from the stay, accompanied by supporting documents.
12 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data (art. 38 et seq. of the Law of 8.01.1978 amended) that Inextremis Aventura has collected. To exercise your rights concerning you, contact:
